This mornings training -
4km jog
1 round shadow boxing
1 round fast punching
1 round heavy bag
3 rounds thai pads
1 round teep kick block
3 rounds heavy bag

Bah... no energy whatsoever this morning. I didn't even have the energy to open a second bottle of M150. I was going to go for a swim but I can't be bothered doing that either.
