Recess

This mornings training -
None because my body was feeling it

This afternoons training -
2km jog
2 rounds shadow boxing
1 round fast punching on the bag
4 rounds thai pads
3 rounds heavy bag work
1 round low kicks on bag

Nothing to report...they cleaned the mats at the gym, some new Japanese fighter started today but I didn't get a chance to watch him.
