Congratulations Imran

This mornings training -
6km jog
1 round shadow boxing
1 round fast punching
4 rounds thai pads
3 rounds uppercut block
Yeah lazy day today which is always nice because I still have a few lumps and bruises in various places (including behind my ear?) from sparring. My fitness is improving as I'd hoped. It's so hot here in Thailand right now, I wouldn't be surprised if I lose another 2kgs this month.

Few people from the gym went to Lumpinee last night to see Imran (England) demolish Joey (South Africa) in less than two rounds. Here are some photos from the fight..

  1. Hi

Could you pass my congrats on to Imran. Imran is a good friend of mine from England, trained with him for a long time and it's good to see him living his dream in Thailand and doing well whilst he's their. Can you tell him all at Wicker Camp miss him and wish him luck.

    Thanks

    West
