This mornings training -
8km jog
1 round shadow boxing
1 round fast punching on the bag
4 rounds grappling
4 rounds thai pads
3 rounds heavy bag
Grappling/clinch sparring still kills my neck :(
The Italian Muay Boran team trained today which was interesting, and also Dzhabar from The Contender Asia has starting training with us. There's so many talented fighters here at the moment I feel privilged to even be in the same gym as them.
This afternoons training -
2km jog
1 round shadow boxing
1 round fast punching on the bag
3 rounds thai pads
3 rounds heavy bag
3 rounds tyre/footwork
2 x 50 knees on heavy bag
3 sets shoulder press (max)
Roll on Sunday...my day off...
