Whatever You're Ready For Is Ready For You

This mornings training -
8km jog
4 rounds thai pads
1 round focus pads
4 rounds heavy bag
5 rounds muay thai sparring
50 knees on heavy bag

Still feel very tired but at least I bothered to show up. Tomorrow Matt (England) and Karen (New Zealand) fight at MBK...near National Stadium BTS. Entry is free and the fights start at 6pm so come and support them.

This afternoons training -
2km jog
1 round fast punching
4 rounds thai pads
4 rounds heavy bag
1 round footwork
4 rounds technique work
50 knees on heavy bag
